Reflection
Paul opens his letter to a very imperfect church with this anchor: God is faithful. Not the Corinthians — who were fractured, proud, and spiritually immature — but God. The faithfulness is His, not theirs, and that makes it reliable. Whatever you have failed at this week, whatever in your life feels unstable, God's faithfulness is not contingent on your performance. He called you, and He keeps what He calls.
