Reflection
Jesus made this declaration the day after He had multiplied loaves for five thousand people. The crowd wanted more bread; He pointed them to the One who is bread. Physical nourishment satisfies for a few hours; Jesus satisfies at the soul level permanently. The soul's deepest hunger — for meaning, acceptance, and belonging — finds its answer only in Him.
