Reflection
Jesus measured His love for us against the love the Father has for Him — an infinite, eternal, unbreakable love. That is the standard. He is not saying He loves us "a lot"; He is saying He loves us the way God loves God. And His invitation is simply to remain in that love, to not drift from it through guilt, performance, or distraction. You are loved today with the very love of the Trinity.
